The Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) was seeking innovations to support military logistics. KD set out to create a human-readable electronic tag. We envisioned a smart, reusable device that could detect adverse environmental conditions.
Our teams worked creatively, drawing upon many areas of expertise. We explored ideas and new technology, bringing the concept to life through prototyping and manufacture.
Our intelligent electronic tag transforms asset transportation. It monitors the condition of valuable assets, identifies damage and helps avoid costly asset ‘write-offs’. It also optimises supply chains through failure detection and analysis.
The device is robust yet economical and reusable. Fully customisable to various user needs, it offers unprecedented monitoring from an e-paper display the size of a thin label.
