Helping Huggies capture precious family moments

Globally loved brand Huggies asked KD to design the ‘Moment Cam’. For the centrepiece of a new media campaign, the two-way camera would capture tender moments between baby and parent.
We designed a pair of wearable cameras, one for parent and one for child, to document the emotional connection. Our electronics design minimised power consumption, so they could be worn all day without a large battery pack. We also developed a soft 3D design language to reflect the trusted Huggies brand.

From concept to viral campaign

With rapid prototyping and manufacture, we had functioning concepts delivered ready for use in less than four months. This meant Huggies could produce their moving campaign video which reached over three million views on YouTube.
